Green Mango Smoothie Recipe

Green smoothies are a great way to get more green veggies into your diet without feeling like you’re eating veggies.

When I make smoothies I usually just throw together whatever fruits and veggies I have lying around. In fact, my green smoothies usually turn into brown smoothies because I like to add berries to increase the taste.

The other day though, I concocted a really yummy green smoothie that was actually green! I knew I had to share it, so here it is.

Green Mango Smoothie (makes 2 smoothies)

2 bananas

1 cup mango fresh or frozen

1 green apple

1 cup kale (ribs and stems removed)

2-4 ice cubes (leave out if using frozen fruit)

1/2 – 1 cup of apple juice

combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy!

Feel free to share your smoothie recipes in the comments.
